Former Judge and County Official Richard Hathaway starts his first full week as the new Wayne County Treasurer. Hathaway was a county judge for 25 year and has been the top aide to County Executive Warren Evans. He takes over for retiring Treasurer Ray Wojotoicz, who held the position for 39 years.
