The Michigan Humane Society is investigating after a pit bull was found hanged in an abandoned Detroit home. On Wednesday. MHS investigators located the dead pit bull inside a home on Bentler. A witness said they saw a man walk into the home earlier in the day, and then walk out alone. Another dog was found in the basement of the home in standing sewer water, that dog is undergoing treatment. A $2,500 reward has been offered for information in this case.
