Two Washtenaw County Sheriff K-9’s now with better gear

Washtenaw K-9's

Two K-9’s with the Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Office received bullet and stab protective vests thanks to a donation from Vested Interest in K-9’s, which is a non-profit organization that outfits K-9’s with protective gear. The two Belgian Malinois dogs, Argo and Fred, received the vests that are made by Armor Express in Central Lake, Michigan, weighing approximately 5 lbs., and valued at more than $2,000.
