No arrests will be made against a Detroit pastor who shot and killed one of his parishioners. Authorities say there is not enough evidence to bring charges against 36-year-old City of God pastor Keon Allison. Two months ago, 25-year-old Deante Smith was shot several times by the pastor at the church located on Grand River Avenue and Lasher, after he tried to attack the minister with a brick. Smith’s family and friends all say that he was distraught because Smith discovered the pastor and his estranged wife were having an affair. No one else was hurt during the melee.
