It was an emotional day in the court room of Judge Mary Chrzanowski in Macomb County Tuesday morning. A tearful 21-year-old Nathan Heinz, apologized to the family of a man he killed while driving drunk earlier this summer in Sterling Heights. Police said he was drunk July 26 when the SUV he was driving ran over 44-year-old Charles Weber who was riding his motorcycle on Mound Road.  Heinz was sentenced to 2-15 years in prison.
