A Romulus woman has been arraigned on involuntary manslaughter and child abuse charges in connection to the death of her one year old daughter in a house fire earlier this year. Police say Shavonne Watkins left her two children ages, one and three, home alone on the night of the fire. The one year old died at the scene, the three year old was injured.
