Seasonal allergies problematic because of warm winter weather

You may be enjoying the balmy weather, but Michael Toscano reports people with allergies are suffering longer than usual this year.  The unusually warm and wet November and December has left folks coping with seasonal allergies. Without a weed-killing freeze, plants such as ragweed keep producing pollen and giving people itchy, watery eyes. El Nino is to blame for the warm winter and it doesn’t look as if the warm temperatures will be ending any time soon.
