Camille Cosby ordered to testify

Camille Cosby

A Massachusetts federal judge is ordering Bill Cosby’s wife, Camille Cosby, to give a deposition in a civil lawsuit against the famed comedian. The judge denied a motion this week by Mrs. Cosby’s attorneys to keep her from testifying. The ruling comes in the case of seven Massachusetts women suing Cosby for defamation. The 78-year-old comedian is free on $1-million bond after being charged in a separate 2004 sexual assault case in Pennsylvania. The judge cited Mrs. Cosby’s role as his business manager in ruling that she may have relevant information in the Massachusetts case.
