The story of Flint’s water crisis has started a national conversation–and singer Cher has taken to Twitter with very angry posts. One tweet suggested Governor Snyder should go to jail, another recommends a firing squad. This was after Snyder declared a state of emergency in Flint over the crisis.
“It’s very unfortunate that someone would use such rhetoric, especially at a time when the governor is working very closely with city and county leaders to address the health and safety concerns Flint residents are facing,” said Snyder Spokesman Dave Murray.
