Woman wanted in Southwest Detroit Bank Robbery

The Detroit Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating a suspect wanted in a bank robbery that occurred in the 7700 block of Michigan Avenue in Southwest Detroit.

On Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at approximately 4:35 p.m. a white female suspect walked into the Comerica Bank, stating she was armed with a bomb and demanded money. The female suspect escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect is described as a white female approximately 40 years old, 5’2” and 120 lbs. In the video you see the suspect run behind the laundromat, change clothes and flee north towards the I-94 Service Drive.
