Meanwhile, Detroit Mayor Duggan will visit several Detroit schools Tuesday after the teacher’s union complained of poor building conditions including bedbugs, rodents and lack of supplies. About 150 teachers held a protest outside of the Fisher Building Monday where the DPS offices are located. They say they are sick of the deplorable conditions at the schools and poor pay.
