A Shelby Township man known as a spokesman for many private companies and government agencies who also worked previously as a news reporter, Phil Frame, is due in court Tuesday. Frame was a spokesman for Cobo Center, the Detroit International Bridge Company and the Macomb County Board of Commissioners. After a search warrant was obtained and detectives searched his home, police say the confiscated images of children, both printed and electronic, from the home. Frame is charged with possessing child pornography.
