The main witness against Bashara, Joe Gentz, who strangled Jane Bashara in 2012 now charges that police coached him to lie in his confession. He had said that Gentz did the killing at the order of Bob Bashara. Gentz, in an affidavit, now says Bob Bashara had nothing to do with the murder.
