Two former Disney employees file lawsuits against the entertainment giant

Disney World from CNN

Two former Disney employees have filed class-action lawsuits against the entertainment giant, saying foreign workers illegally replaced them. Mark Chace explains: The two worked at IT jobs at Walt Disney World in Orlando before being laid off last year. In their suit, the two allege they were given 90 days to train their foreign replacements in order to receive bonuses or severance. Some 300 other workers also lost their jobs. The lawsuit contends Disney and two global consulting firms illegally replaced U.S. workers with foreigners on high-skilled worker visas. Disney has not responded to the allegations.
