Fire officials in Novi are trying to determine the cause of a deadly house fire. Five people were killed in Sunday’s blaze at a home on Mystic Forest Drive near Nine Mile and Novi Road. The victims were all in their 20’s and 30’s and worked together at Kim’s Garden Chinese restaurant in Novi. All of the victims had Mexican identifications. There were no survivors of the fire which was in the basement of the house. Fire chief David Malloy says they are now trying to identify all of the victims.
