Darnell Earley’s lawyer says the embattled DPS Emergency Manager will appear before any House Oversight Hearing. Earley ‘s absence was mentioned several times in Wednesday’s hearing. Earley was accused of trying to avoid service of the subpoena. House Oversight Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah) vowed U.S. Marshals would track him down.
