Michigan State Police have issued an Amber Alert for 4-year-old Savannah Walker. Walker, who has blonde hair and blue eyes, was last seen on Cadillac Boulevard in Detroit on February 16th. She is believed to be with 33-year-old Marcus Hightower. Hightower is described as a 5’9 black male with brown eyes and weighs about 250 pounds. They are reportedly traveling in a black 2004 Ford Explorer with a Michigan License Plate DFJ5377. Anyone who sees this vehicle or 4-year-old Savannah Walker is asked to call 911.
