Prelim exam resumes for man charged with killing Kajavia Globe

Maxwell Brack

A preliminary examination is scheduled to resume today for the 24-year-old Detroit man, Maxwell Brack, who is charged with the murder of his ex-girlfriend. Brack is charged in the slaying of Kajavia Globe, who was reported missing back on December 11th. Her body was found three days later in a 55-gallon trash bin behind a vacant home on Detroit’s west side. Police say they later found dried blood and globe’s purse in Brack’s car. Police believe Brack killed Globe in a jealous rage.
