Multiple people were hospitalized this afternoon following a crash on Detroit’s east side that involved a DDOT bus.
The crash happened just after noon in the area of St. Aubin and Clay. The bus crashed into a fence behind the Russell Industrial Center. Five people were taken to Detroit Receiving Hospital to receive treatment for minor injuries.
The driver was also taken to the hospital to be tested for drug or alcohol use.
