Ford, FCA Report Earnings Today

Ford and Fiat Chrysler report earnings for the 4th quarter, which finish up their profit statements for 2016. Ford is expected to report one-time expenses on health and pensions, and that will drive Ford into losses for the 4th quarter. Ford reaffirmed earlier guidance that it expects adjusted pre-tax income of about $10.2 billion for the year.
Fiat Chrysler says strong performance will allow the company to give profit sharing payments averaging $5,000 to UAW represented employees.
