Ex- US Attorney Starts New Job

Barbara McQuade is beginning a new job today.

She will be teaching at the University of Michigan Law School.

McQuade had been the U-S Attorney for Southeast Michigan since 2010, but was among 46 U-S attorneys nationwide let go when President Trump took office. McQuade was appointed by President Obama.

Political insiders have speculated that she might run for political office, but McQuade said, for now, she is looking forward to her new job.
