Detroit police are continuing their search for a driver who hit a 3-year-old boy and then fled the scene.
Little Dallen Cochran, was thrown several yards by the impact, but is recovering.
The incident was all caught on a neighbor’s surveillance camera system.
The boy was hit Saturday afternoon in the 18-thousand block of Prevost.
He ran out from behind a parked van and was hit.
Police say the driver was in a gold or beige Chevy Malibu and is being sought.
The youngster is from Atlanta and was in Detroit visiting his father.
