A 10 year old Detroit girl mauled by a dog on the city’s east side had surgery to have her arm reattached.
She remains in critical condition. The dog also mangled one of the girl’s feet but it did not have to be amputated.
Police said the dog had earlier attacked a DTE energy worker and was supposed to have been quarantined in the owner’s house.
The dog was taken to the Humane Society.
