A man on a motorized wheelchair has been hit by a vehicle on Dequindre in Madison Heights. Police say he was killed
It happened in front of the senior citizens apartment building at Dequindre and Parkview.
The driver of the SUV that hit the man stopped at the scene.
Police said the victim was driving the motorized wheelchair in the middle of the road. It is believed he fell off the wheelchair and was run over by the SUV. He is identified as a 60 year old man.
