Northville Police warn— they’re handing out big trespassing tickets for those who wander around the site of the old Northville State Hospital. Police say they have cited about 300 people for going onto the property. The tickets bring a $500 fine. The judges have also ordered trespassers to post on social media that they’ve gotten the expensive tickets.
Northville Psychiatric Hospital closed years ago. Various plans to develop the property have fallen through.
