Car Crash Driver Faces Charges In 5 Fatalities

A Fenton man went court today to face charges in a fatal car crash in which five people were killed.

Matthew Carrier is facing five counts of second degree murder in the May 9th crash.

Police say it happened when Carrier went through a stop sign at the intersection of M-59 and Argentine road and hit another car.

Two teenagers in his car were killed.

A 35 year old woman, her 69 year old mother and her 73 year old boyfriend were killed in the other car. A court exam is now scheduled for September.
