Arson is blamed for a fire which gutted a house on Detroit’s west side this morning.
Authorities say a couple and their 6 children were inside the house when the fire broke out.
The family got out safely.
Fire officials on the scene say the fire was started at the front and the back of the house, on Marlowe and Interval. The house is a total loss.
