A preliminary exam is scheduled for today for a man accused in the death of his 2 year old son.
30 year old Marc Minter of Wayne is facing a felony murder charge.
Minter and his two children lived with his mother, who is confined to a wheelchair.
She said she was mostly confined to her bedroom and seldom say the children.
First responders had been called to the house on October 19th.
The boy was not breathing and rushed to the hospital where he died later that died.
A police investigation ensued.
It was later found that Minter’s infant daughter had suffered broken legs.
He was charged with the boys death in July.
