A preliminary exam is scheduled for today for three Detroit men charged in the fatal shooting of a 14 year old girl.
The girl and two adults were in a home on Waltham just before 11pm on August 3rd..
Police say 19 year old Robert Moore drove up in front and fired several shots into the home.
The girl was hit and killed, the adults were wounded.
Authorities say two other people in the car, 24 year old Dwayne Sharpe and 19 year old Anthony Rodgers aided him in the shooting.
All have been charged with first degree murder.
