A 29-year-old woman and a man were found fatally shot in Southwest Detroit.
The victims were found at a home in the 2700 block of Deacon Street.
Two people are in custody in connection with the incident. The woman was four months pregnant, police said. She was the mother of two children.
Both were found with gunshot wounds to their heads. Police say the shots were fired from outside the house.
