It was an auto accident involving an elderly man and a two women.
It ended with gunfire and the man being arrested.
Police had been called to the scene of an auto accident on Gallagher Street at four in the afternoon on August 20th.
Officers say 69 year old Michael Williams got out of his car and fired a gun at the two women in the other car.
He was grabbed by police and taken into custody.
The women, one 28, the other 17, suffered non-life threatening injuries.
Williams is due in court today for a preliminary exam on felonious assault charges.
