Teens Charged With Fatal Rock Throwing Jailed

A Genesee County   judge has denied bail for the teen boys charged with throwing rocks on I-75 that killed a man last week.

Arraigned for 2nd degree murder are 17 year old Kyle Anger, 16 year old Mark Sekelsky and Mikadyn Payne, and 15 year old Alexzander Miller and Trevor Gray. All are from Clio. Judge William Crawford cited the seriousness of the charges and the danger to the public for denying bail.

The teens are charged with tossing huge rocks from an overpass in Vienna Twp. last Wednesday. One of the rocks smashed thru a windshield and killed 32 year old Ken White of Mt. Morris. Other vehicles were also hit and damaged. Some of them got flat tires.

The sheriff says tires and an engine piston were tossed from an overpass about 3 miles away from where the fatality occurred.

The 17 year old is in the county jail, the others in a juvenile lockup.
