Rape Suspect Hauled To Court

An Oakland County man charged in an attack on a female jogger in Hines Park is due in court today.

30 year old Floyd Galloway of Berkley is accused of attacking a 28 year old woman has she jogged in the park near Levan road.

It happened on September 24th.

The woman said she had been grabbed from behind and dragged down an embankment while being punched and strangled.

She was able to fight the man off, was able to flag down a passing car and called police.

Farmington Hills police have been watching the case closely.

Galloway was termed a person of interest in the disappearance of Danielle Stislicki.

She was last seen back on December 2nd.

Galloway was a former security guard at a building in Southfield where Stislicki worked.

Police did question Galloway and even searched his Berkley home, but he has not been charged in her disappearance.
