4 people were shot and wounded on Detroit’s east side. 3 of them were at a birthday party. Police say a 4th person was shot down the street from the shooting. it happened on Cooper near East Warren. They say 2 woman and a man were shot at the party. Police do not have a description of the gunmen. The victims are in temporary serious condition.
