Two crashes that closed Detroit expressways this morning have been cleared.
E_B I-94 was closed for hours at Allard Rd. afetr an SUV rolled over and crashed. 4 people in the vehicle were killed. Witnesses say a toddler was the only person who survived the wreck. All 5 people were thrown from the vehicle.
N-B I-75 at Vernor is open. That freeway was closed for hours after a gasoline tanker overturned after it rounded the curve heading into the freeway. Some of the gasoline leaked and flowed into the sewers. No one was hurt in the crash.
