An man is in the Oakland County jail and facing drunk driving charges.
Police say the man first hit a sheriffs deputies cruiser in Highland Township early yesterday morning, fled the scene and then crashed into a nearby mobile home.
The deputy in the damaged patrol car was able to follow the man where he found his car jammed into the mobile home.
The driver was arrested at the scene.
A 76 year old woman in the mobile home and the sheriffs deputy both had to be treated for back injuries.
She remains in the hospital.
