Flint Water Case Resumes

The preliminary exam for Doctor Eden Wells in connection with the Flint water crises is scheduled resumes today.
Doctor Wells is the state’s chief medical executive.

She has been charged with involuntary manslaughter for her role in failing to warn the public of a Legionnaires’ disease outbreak.

Special prosecutors claim she threatened researchers who were trying to find the source of the outbreak.

Wells has denied the charge.
