Another Plea In Works In Flint Water

A water quality analyst with the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality has reached a plea deal with prosecutors in the Flint water crisis case. The Detroit News reports Adam Rosenthal will appear in court and plead to a misdemeanor. Rosenthal was charged with misconduct, neglect of duty, and evidence tampering.

Rosenthal would be the 4th person to reach a plea deal with the special prosecutor, Attorney General Bill Schuette.
