Detroit was last in the same survey last year. Wallet Hub ranked 182 cities in the U-S.
Four of the Top 5 cities to find a job are Phoenix, Ariz. suburbs: Chandler, Scottsdale, Peoria and Gilbert. San Francisco ranks No. 3.
