The Oakland County Prosecutors Office is continuing to review what charges, if any, will be filed against some Cranbrook students accused of assaulting two teenaged girls at a party in October.
The two girls, aged 16 and 17, say they were assaulted by a male on October 28 at a house party in Oakland Township.
Police say more than 100 people were at the party. Many of them were Cranbrook students.
Undersheriff Mike McCabe said their investigation shows the alleged assaulter could face criminal sexual assault charges.
He adds that the father of the boy who held the party was home at the time and could also face charges of contributing to delinquency of a minor.
