Prison Time For Shooting Smart Aleck

Police say it was a senseless shooting involving hurt feelings that left a 17 year old dead.
25 year old Erica Osburn and 21 year old Sharnea McCoy were arrested and charged in the shooting death of Reginald Robinson in late February of last year.

Both pled guilty to charges of 2nd degree murder with a sentence agreement of between 27 and 50 years.

Prosecutors say the two women had walked by a group of men been in a store on when one of the men made a comment about the body of one of the women.

Relatives of Robinson say he laughed at the comment made by someone else in the group, but that he was then targeted.

A short time later, Osburn and McCoy drove by Robinson as he was walking down Plymouth road … Osburn pulled a gun and shot him.
