Two brothers were shot and killed when they were ambushed outside of their home on Ashton on Detroit’s west side.
The brothers were with their mother, two other siblings and a family friend. The two brothers were outside he house to retrieve items from a car when they were ambushed by two or three gunmen wearing masks.
The brothers were shot and killed. Police say the family friend was armed with a gun and returned gunfire. The gunmen fled.
The brothers have been identified as William Orblych and Michael Orblych.
Police had 1 person in custody, a possible suspect.
