A Flood warning is in effect for the Huron River near Hamburg in Livingston County. The National Weather Service says * From now until further notice. * At 9 AM Thursday the stage is 6.1 feet and rising. * Flood stage is 6.5 feet. * Minor flooding is forecast. * Forecast is to rise above flood stage by tonight… and crest around 6.6 feet tomorrow evening.
FLOOD WARNINGS remain along the Clinton River in Sterling Hts./Clinton Twp., along the Rouge River in Detroit, along the Lower Rouge River in Inkster/Dearborn. The River Raisin is also flooding from Blissfield to Monroe.
Neighborhood flooding in Utica is slowly receding. The north branch of the Clinton River went over it’s banks.
The Monroe area is also seeing localized flooding.
