They Sold Drugs That Killed Teen Girl

A Warren couple will be sentenced for delivering a fatal dose of heroin to their 16-year-old neighbor.

Donald McCoy and Leslie Metcalfe were found guilty of drug dealing causing death of Sirena Lawson.

Lawson was hooked on drugs. She sent text messages to Metcalfe saying she was high and wanted heroin. Police say Metcalfe called her boyfriend McCoy, who drove to Detroit to get the drugs The teen gave him $50.
Hours later, Metcalfe found Lawson not breathing. But she didn’t call 911 because she feared she would get into trouble.
