A 74 year old man was behind the wheel of a wrong-way vehicle that slammed into a car, killing two people in that car and injuring another.
two other vehicles became involved in the crash scene. Two people in those vehicles were injured.
This happened on U-S 23 in Northfield Twp.
The 74 year old driver is also hospitalized. Police are investigating why the driver was in the wrong lanes of the freeway.
