Flint’s mayor says she’s troubled, that Gov. Snyder went back on a promise he made because of the Flint water emergency.
Weaver says the state promised to provide free bottled water until the emergency was over.
Weaver says the emergency is not over… that many water service lines sill must be replaced, and a number of schools still have high lead levels in the water.
Snyder told the mayor that the state will not pay for any more bottled water.
Weaver says going to court may be the only option.
The state says Flint water is now at normal levels for contaminants.
