Hey Chefs, Come And Get It

A new- look restaurant is coming to the motor city.

It’s being described as a restaurant incubator and food hall and will be located on the ground floor of the old Federal Reserve Building on Fort street.

It will allow customers the chance to try dishes from new and experimental local chefs.

The chefs will be featured at four kiosks.

The project is designed to allow chefs the opportunity to test a new concept in a low-risk, low-cost environment.
