A man who was reported to have escaped police custody at a Detroit hospital is due in court for a preliminary hearing on murder charges from 2015.
Joseph Gray walked out of Henry Ford Hospital but wasn’t under police supervision. He later surrendered.
Joseph Gray is charged with first-degree murder and other charges.
The charges stem from a murder at Intervale and Meyers where a body was found in a vehicle.
