Flood waters have receded, but storms left scattered power outages in the Detroit area.
The largest area is in Livonia, around 7 Mile and Middlebelt.
The outage extends south into Redford.
Some 27-thousand homes and businesses were without electricity at the height of the outages. Crews have been out since last night.
Roads became rivers in western Wayne County suburbs, especially Telegraph Road. Some areas got 2 to 3 inches of rain overnight, between 1130 and 2am.
Especially hard hit– Dearborn, Dearborn Heights, Redford, Taylor, SW Detroit, NE Monroe County, and south Oakland County.
