Some big plans could be in the works for the vacant Summit Place Mall in Waterford.
the new owner says they’re thinking about a business park and possibly a hotel on the property of the former mall at Telegraph and Elizabeth Lake Roads.
The company says it plans to demolish the old buildings. It would have a year to do so.
D-T-E already plans to tear down the former Sears store at the site to build a new service and storage center. D-T-E would bring about 200 employees to the new center.
